According to the latest research, the hotel industry grew by 20% in 2019. The number of hotel staff is increasing as well. HR managers search for new employees internationally. Top Hotel List is an international company with a representative office in Ukraine. The sphere of its activities is the recruitment of staff for hotels abroad. The company required a modern digital platform for safe and comfortable correlation establishment.
An innovative online project was developed to meet all recruitment purposes and other professional goals of this organization. This platform allows for efficient interaction between foreign employers and job applicants. The Customer expected to get a well-thought interactive tool for staff hiring.
The main task was to simplify all the search processes and improve the recruitment algorithm through several websites with specific function sets. Having analyzed the core requirements of the international company, the team of developers began a full cycle of development. It includes a web design process which contained needful technical matters and content management.
WordPress CMS is used for website development. The customizable function set was created for unlimited operations to be done on the platform. Among the most notable are the following ones:
1. Online payments for an available suite of services (e.g. paid CV purchase by client).
